Shower Pumps

Air can build up in a pump installation over time and when not used regularly. It can cause a variety of issues that are often blamed on the pump. However, a simple air test can clear out your installation and solve the issue - at no extra cost!

Complete an air test!

Follow these instructions to remove air from your pump installation.

1. Turn off pump.

2. Remove shower head from hose.

3. Let hose hang into bath or shower tray.

4. Turn the temperature to full cold.

5. Turn the shower on and run for 5 minutes.

6. Turn the temperature to full hot and run for a further 5 minutes.

7. Turn off the shower.

8. Wait at least 20 minutes.

9. Re-power the pump and turn on the shower to test.

Description

 

The Smart-box Mini is the booster pump for the management of pressurisation in home and gardening systems. In a very small space, it utilises the most advanced technology to ensure constant pressure. Moreover, thanks to the integrated variable frequency drive, water-cooled engine, sound-proofed housing and anti-vibration feet; noise and consumption levels are also reduced.

Creating two-pump sets with wireless connection increases their performance, introduces the back-up function and allows the replacement of obsolete sets. Choose Smart-box Mini Twin with Dock (P1255KIT) which includes two pumps and a quick connection base with 4 hydraulic configuration possibilities.

The user experience is enhanced by the introduction of built-in connectivity, through which it can connect natively to cloud services without requiring any additional accessories.

Typical Use : Apartments with up to 3 floors, 2 bathrooms and 50m2 of garden. The pump can be installed vertically or horizontally, floor or wall mounted (wall bracket available - PA2300).

Pair the Smart-box Mini with a water storage tank of optional capacity and construction. The plastic options are integrated with quick coupling ready for use - insulation wrap recommended (supplied separately). The GRP options are pre-insulated and provide either AG or AB air gap, with a floor mounted single pump, tank fittings and condense tray.
