At 3pm on a Friday, Pump World received an enquiry from Wallis Plumbing to urgently replace a homeowner's old booster set. The alternative was a weekend without water. Pump World's technical team got on the case, specifying a Smartact 17 variable speed booster set.

The set was ordered at 4pm, collected by Wallis Plumbing at 5pm, and arrived on site by 7:30pm. By 10pm that same evening, the Smartact 17 booster set was installed and working.

I needed this pump set at very short notice. Nigel was extremely helpful. He made sure the pump set supplied was correctly sized for the job required. I highly recommend Pump World and will be using them again."
