The level of service I have
received to date far exceeds what I had expected.
With the recent warranty
claim, I was expecting just a replacement pump, at no time had I expected
Pumpworld to arrange installation as well of the new pump. It was a most
pleasant and welcome surprise.

Just dropping you a quick note to say how
happy I have been with your Smart Pro 12 pumps. In all the installations the
pumps are supplying hot and cold water via a break tank.
I have fitted these in 3 high value
properties. They perform as described. In one house the pump is running 3
showers at the same time on one pump via a 3 bar rated sealed cylinder.
In the other single pump installation the
pump and break tank are located in an outhouse some 15 metres from the property.
The Smartpro performs without a hitch.
The twin pump set I fitted is running your
5 Bar sealed cylinder and running 3 showers at the same time with no pressure
drop. The owners are delighted.
