How do I return an item?
Our Returns Guidelines are as follows:
Phone or email a member of the team with a reason to receive a Returns Serial Number. It will then be organized from there. If there is no fault with the item, this must occur within 7 days.

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
Accidents do happen, so we allow 24 hours in which to contact a member of our team. If the order has already been sent, follow the Returns Policy guidelines.
How do I cancel an order?
You must contact a member of our team within 24 hours. If the item has already been sent, you will have to follow the Returns Policy guidelines.
If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Pump World will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the goods purchased by you.
If Pump World receives no communication from you, within 24 hours of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
Pump World primarily supplies to mainland Great Britain. Customers outside the mainland wishing to purchase from the site should fill in the International Delivery Form so that we can estimate the most cost effective way of sending the goods.
