Delivery

Pump World will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

If Pump World receives no communication from you, within 24 hours of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

Pump World primarily supplies to main land Great Britian . Customers outside the the mainland wishing to purchase from the web site should send an email to enquiries@pumpsource.co.uk giving their full address and details of their proposed purchases so that we can estimate the most cost effective way of sending the goods.

Domestic deliveries

Fedex 2-3 Days

Courier , delivery will be made within 2 - 3 working days from receipt of payment. The cost of transporting packages above 50Kg will need to be advised by Pump Source. Overseas customers will need to call or email for a cost estimate.

UK Shuttle 3-5 Days

Pallet Delivery 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. Pallet delivery would normally be for bulky items, large fragile items or products with weights above 50kg. Weights above 100kg will need to be advised by Pump Source.

Standard Delivery 4-5 Days

Free delivery applies to UK mainland customers when the net value is over £100. Allow 3-4 working days from receipt of payment. Please check product availability on the site. Overseas customers will need to call or email for a cost estimate.

European Union deliveries

Standard EU Delivery

Standard Delivery to EU Countries costs from £3.00 for a package weighing up to 0.25kg.

Rest of the world deliveries

Standard International Delivery

Standard delivery to any country outside of the EU costs from £4.00 for a package weighing up to 0.25kg.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
Our Returns Guidelines are as follows:
Phone or email a member of the team with a reason to receive a Returns Serial Number. It will then be organized from there. If there is no fault with the item, this must occur within 7 days.


Where is my order?
View/track your orders through your online account; login at our website.


What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
Accidents do happen, so we allow 24 hours in which to contact a member of our team. If the order has already been sent, follow the Returns guidelines.


How do I cancel an order?
You must contact a member of our team within 24 hours. If the item has already been sent, you will have to follow the Returns guidelines.
If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
