Pump World works with leading manufacturers to produce ranges made to our own specifications. The Supergen shower pump and Smartcirc heating circulator ranges offer high quality and effective solutions to a variety of applications from shower and domestic boosting to underfloor heating. They also meet our three principle product requirements : quality design, performance and reliability.
I want to replace a pump but it is no longer in production. Do you offer an equivalent?
It will depend on the pump you require. We pride ourselves on our vast range of carefully selected, quality products; and so we recommend you calling our Technical Team on 01793 820142 for specialist advice on the right pump solution for your application.
Do your prices include or exclude VAT?
All our prices exclude VAT which will be added to your basket in the checkout.
Do you provide installation manuals?
Yes, all of our products come with an easy-to-follow installation manual. Please note, some of our products will require a fully-trained contractor or competent DIY person for the installation. Give us a call on 01793 820142 for a recommended tradesman in your area.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we are able to send a large selection of our products internationally (outside of mainland Great Britain). We recommend you fill in our International Shipping Form for a bespoke carriage cost and for detailed information about the technical specifications required for the product in your country.
When will my order arrive?
Pump World will notify you by way of email when your goods are dispatched. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the goods purchased by you.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can enter the delivery address details on the address page in the checkout. Your invoice will be sent to your billing address. To protect our customers, all orders are subject to standard fraud checks. .
Can I collect my order?
You can. However, there are only a small number of parking spaces available. Please call 01793 820142 to advise that you would like to collect your order, and we will organise a suitable time.
My pump hasn't arrived, what should I do?
Please let us know within 24 hours of your expected delivery time, if your order has not arrived. Please call 01793 820142 and an advisor will track your order. If Pump World receives no communication from you, within 24 hours of delivery regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
Why has my order been delayed?
While the vast majority of orders will be delivered on time, there can be a small number of parcels that will be delayed. This could be because of a carrier issue or manufacturer issues. We will advise you of any delays as soon as we are made aware of them.
My parcel is damaged, what should I do?

How do I cancel an order?
You must contact a member of our team within 24 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been sent, you will have to follow the Returns Policy guidelines.
If you terminate your Account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
How do I return an item?
Phone or email a member of the team with a reason to receive a Returns Serial Number. It will then be organised from there. If there is no fault with the item, you must return said item within 7 days. For more information, please see the Returns Policy guidelines.
